Sentara is Hiring a Specialty Pharmacy Technician Near Chesapeake, VA
Sentara Enterprises - Specialty Pharmacy is looking for a full time Specialty Pharmacy Tech to join their dynamic team in Chesapeake, VA.
Shift: Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pm.
The Specialty Pharmacy Technician I will ensure accurate and timely data entry, product dispensing, and packing of prescription orders and will be responsible to provide exceptional customer service. The technician will work in a high volume fulfillment and/or call center environment on a multi-disciplinary team. Routine interaction with specialty pharmacy patients with complex medication needs requiring high touch care and follow-up.
Qualifications:
- Registered with the Commonwealth of VA Board of Pharmacy - Pharmacy Technician required
- PTCB or NHA preferred
